🌟 Product Digest #006: Three Productivity Apps I Use Daily
🖖 Hey there! Today, I’d like to share three productivity apps I use almost every day. I’m pretty sure that you may be familiar with at least two of them, but anyway, it’s a good chance to remind you about them.
My previous set of tools you can find here 👉 Product Digest #005: Three Project Management Tools You Have Not Heard About
🎨 Microsoft Designer
Microsoft Designer empowers me to effortlessly bring my creativity to life with the help of AI.
Using my words to describe any idea, AI generates custom images for me to choose from, eliminating the need for prior design experience. The key advantage of Microsoft Designer is the availability of existing prompt templates.
With this tool, you can create custom images, stickers, greeting cards, collages, remove backgrounds, and even create brand kits.
📝 Grammarly
I have been using Grammarly for quite a while now and it’s one of the most powerful and useful tools in my arsenal.
It helps me identify and correct writing mistakes, improve the quality of my written texts, and even provides suggestions for generating ideas. Whether composing a blog post, drafting a project progress report, or outlining a research plan, Grammarly’s AI offers invaluable support.
🍅 Pomotastic
Pomotastic is a Pomodoro timer online that aims to help you focus on your work or study more productively. The Pomodoro Technique is used for that.
What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that uses focused work intervals called “Pomodoros” to increase productivity and reduce distractions. By breaking your workday into short, 25-minute intervals and taking breaks in between, you can work more efficiently and avoid multitasking. This technique is suitable for any type of work and can help manage procrastination and reduce stress.
I use Pomotastic mostly as a PWA on my laptop.
Some other apps that I use daily:
- ChatGPT and Claude. By the way, I’ve realized recently that I’ve started using Claude more often than ChatGPT 🙂
- Excalidraw. A great tool for sketching, wireframing, etc.
That’s all for today. Your thoughts on the tools above? Which one is the most useful? 🤔
