I had some new UX ideas and notes. Itโ€™s time to share them with you ๐Ÿ˜Š

Today you will get ideas on using only white and black colours in your product; will get to know what is the ideal font size for content; and will understand how to make the life of your users a bit easier by removing the submit button.

Product Tips #21

Use only white and black

Try to be more daring in choosing a colour palette for your product. Try using only two colours โ€” white and black. These two colours will live forever. Yes, itโ€™s classic ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Iโ€™ve prepared several examples that can inspire you.

Adding only one different colour will make a significant difference in contrast. A colour like red or orange. Look:

Ideal font size for content

Choosing the right font size is a crucial aspect of designing a user-friendly interface. When it comes to setting the font size for paragraphs, an ideal size is 16 pixels. This font size strikes a balance between legibility and readability ๐Ÿ‘

16px is a commonly used font size across various devices and platforms.

What about the ideal line height for content? Itโ€™s generally 1.5 times the font size. This technique allows for sufficient breathing space between lines of text, making paragraphs easier to read and reducing visual clutter.

When the line height is too tight, it can make the text appear cramped and difficult to read, always pay attention.

Toggle on/off without submitting

Make the life of your users a bit easier. Remove the submit button when your users apply some settings changes using on/off toggles! But donโ€™t forget to notify your users that the changes have been applied ๐Ÿ˜‰ Itโ€™s important, so users will see that their actions have been saved.
